eGift Card Terms & Conditions
- eGift Cards are a virtual product and will therefore only be sent via email and be valid for online purchases.
- Any and all purchasers or recipients of eGift Cards will still be required to provide Photo Identification as per FDA regulation.
- Virtual gift cards are activated as soon as payment is confirmed, they do not expire and are only valid for the $ value specified on the card.
- eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, refunded, transferred for value, or redeemed/traded for cash or credit, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. eGift Cards that have not been used yet may not be transferred.
Risk Of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss of eGift Cards passes to the purchaser/recipient as soon as we send our confirmation to the purchaser/recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Cards. If you do not receive your virtual gift card, or suspect that it has been stolen/used without your consent - please immediately
contact customer support.
Incorrect/Invalid email address
If the wrong/invalid recipient email address was used, please
contact customer support immediately. Vapor Vapes will not assume responsibility or be held liable for any loss incurred due to the use of incorrect details/information.
Personalized Message
If you wish to add a personal message to an eGift Card, simply type your message in the Message field during the purchase process.
Vapor Vapes does not read eGift Card messages and therefore will not be held liable or responsible if they are inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages. We do reserve the right to cancel such eGift Cards upon request.
Limitation of Liability:
Vapor Vapes makes no warranties, express or implied with respect to eGift Cards. If an eGift Card code in non-functional it will be our sole remedy and liability to replace such a eGift Card to the value of the aforementioned eGift Card.
