What is a nicotine alternative?

A novel synthetic molecule has been developed that is structurally similar to, but chemically distinct from, other vaping alkaloids. This compound produces sensations comparable to nicotine. However, it is neither made from nor derived from tobacco or nicotine, and does not contain nicotine from any source.

The nicotine alternatives we use in our products, Nixodine-S™: (S)-6-Methylnicotine and Nixodine-S™ Salts: (S)-6-Methylnicotine + Fema GRAS Acid), contain no tobacco-derived materials or nicotine. As such they do not fall under the definition of a "tobacco product" in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
