My bottle is leaking

If you order large bottles from us, please keep in mind that the provided twist cap is not designed for long-term storage and may leak due to VG steeping, causing stickiness around the twist cap.

When you're finished using the bottle, we recommend removing the twist cap, thoroughly cleaning it, and reattaching the flat cap, which is designed to prevent this from happening. Be sure to clean both the twist and flat caps to minimize further leaks.
