Canada import restrictions

All orders shipped to Canada must adhere to the following regulations and restrictions:

1. Personal Importation Limits:

• Shipments to Canada are limited to 600 milliliters (5 units) of e-liquid at 18mg strength per order.
• A unit is defined as 120 milliliters of e-liquid. No container exceeds 120 milliliters.

2. Excise Tax and Stamping:

• Products imported for personal use are exempt from vaping excise stamp requirements for up to 5 units (600 mL) of e-liquid.
• Duty is required for shipments exceeding 1 unit (120 mL), and the customer will pay any applicable duties at the point of sale or upon import.

3. Packaging and Child Safety:

• All bottles and containers of e-liquid are child-resistant.
• Instructions for opening and closing are included on the package or product, ensuring safe handling.

4. Risk of Delays:

• Despite adherence to Canadian regulations, occasional delays may occur due to interpretations of customs laws at the port of entry.
