Why is my juice thinner than usual?
If you've noticed that your e-liquid seems thinner than usual — leaking from your device or delivering a stronger throat hit — you're not alone. We've recently received a few reports like this, and we want to reassure you that your order is not incorrect or mislabeled.
What’s causing this?
The change in viscosity is due to a recent batch of Vegetable Glycerin (VG) from our main supplier. While the VG meets all industry safety and quality standards, this particular batch is noticeably thinner than what our customers may be used to. This can make e-liquids behave a bit differently in your device, especially for those using higher VG blends.
Despite the thinner consistency, the VG still meets all required specifications. You can download and review the official Certificates of Analysis from our supplier below:
What should I do?
If the thinner liquid is causing issues like leaking or a harsher hit, you may need to adjust your device settings slightly — for example, lowering the wattage or switching to a different coil. We're happy to help with troubleshooting if you're unsure what adjustments to make.
If you have any questions or concerns, or if you'd like help tuning your setup to work better with this batch, don’t hesitate to contact us.
