How do I upload my photo identification?

Existing customers/account holders can upload their photo identification by:

1. Logging in and navigating to the My Account page.
2. Select the My Details tab.
3. Scroll to the Age Verification section
4. Click on verify my age button. Here you will be prompted to add your date of birth and to upload a copy of your ID card, driver's licence or passport in the following formats; JPG, PNG or PDF. The file size should not exceed 10MB.
5. You can complete the process by clicking submit age verification.

If you have not registered an account on Vapor Vapes and you want to you can upload the relevant documentation when creating your account.

Alternatively we will request submission of photo identification when you checkout.
