How do I cancel an order?
Your order may be canceled at any time before it has begun processing. Before attempting to cancel an order, please ensure it does not have the Processing or Shipped status.
To cancel your order, navigate to your account dashboard and select Cancel Order from the dropdown menu on the order you wish to cancel.
Please note that cancelling an order will simply void the payment authorization on your card. Usually this will reflect in your bank account by the initial payment being removed from your transaction history. In most cases it will be instant, but it may take up to 3 business days with some banks and credit card providers.
If your order has recently begun processing, please open a ticket to request cancellation. Although cancellation is not guaranteed, in most cases we will be able to pull your order before it ships out if you contact us soon enough.
