Can I change my order once I've placed it?

An order can be changed so long as it hasn't yet begun processing or been shipped.

I want to make a simple change, such as updating my address, nicotine strength or removing an item:

  1. Navigate to My Orders and click on the order you want to change.
  2. Select the Notes tab and add a note to your order describing your change(s). Please make sure to be as clear as possible about the changes you would like.

I want to make a large change, such as adding a new item to my order:

Unfortunately once an order is paid, we're unable to add additional charges to it. For this reason, adding items to your order can't be done in the same way as simple changes above.

If you'd like to make additions to your order, please place a new order for these times on our website. At checkout, you'll be prompted to automatically merge pending orders into your new order.

Note that merged orders will be canceled immediately and their payment authorizations will be voided. Returned funds may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your bank account.

Vapor Vapes will not be held responsible or liable for any orders processed/shipped with the wrong information. Any changes after an order has been processed/shipped will be regarded as a new order and charged accordingly.
