I've placed my order but I need to change it.

An order can only be changed before it has been processed and/or shipped. You can request changes by following the below instructions:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to My Orders, click on the order you need to change.
  3. Select the Note tab and add a note. Please ensure that the note includes a detailed description of the desired order changes.

Vapor Vapes will not be held responsible or liable for any orders processed/shipped with the wrong information. Any changes after an order has been processed/shipped will be regarded as a new order and charged accordingly.
