What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?

If you've received any damaged*, defective, incorrect item(s) please  contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

You will need to provide the following:

  1. Picture(s) of the damaged/incorrect product(s)
  2. The number of damaged products (e.g. 1 of 3 bottles)
  3. A description of the problem
  4. Your order number (e.g. #12345)
*Please note: It is best to check bottles for potential leaks. Ensure the cap is tightened. Vapor Vapes will not be held liable for damage to personal effects as a result of leaks, or mishandling of products.
