Return Policy

Vapor Vapes offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all hardware products.

Opened hardware and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for both the original shipping charges and the return shipping charges.

Vapor Vapes does not accept returns on any e-juice.

Shipping & Packaging:

• Opened returns must be in original materials and packaging.
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
• If you refuse an order, our standard return policy will apply. All round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

You can generally expect a refund to reflect in your account 1-3 business days after the refund has been processed.

Damage:

It is best to check bottles for potential leaks. Ensure the cap is tightened to prevent leaks/spills. Vapor Vapes will not be held liable for damage to personal effects as a result of leaks, or mishandling of products.
