My order schedule payment failed

Each time one of your order schedules triggers, we will automatically authorize a payment to your credit card for the amount of the scheduled order.

If the payment authorization should fail for whatever reason, your order schedule will be set to "Failed" and will not be processed. However, a new "Failed" order will be created in your account which you will have the option of paying for manually, should you wish to do so.

You will also receive an email informing you that your order schedule payment failed. A failed order schedule will not trigger again automatically (same as a paused order schedule). Once you have added a new payment method to your account or ensured that your existing payment method is working, you may resume your order schedule.
