How to create a new order schedule

Before creating an order schedule, please ensure that you have verified your age and added a valid payment method to your account.

There are several options available to create a new order schedule.

Method 1 – Create a new order schedule

  1. Login to your account dashboard and navigate to the Schedules tab.
  2. Click on the “New Order Schedule” button.
  3. Any products currently in your cart will be automatically loaded into your new order schedule. Products can be added or removed as desired.

Method 2 – Create from cart

  1. Add products to your cart that you would like to schedule.
  2. Navigate to My Cart.
  3. Click the “Create Schedule” button below the list of products.
  4. As with the first method, all of the products currently in your cart will be automatically loaded into your new order schedule. Products can be added or removed as desired.

Method 3 – Create from a previous order

  1. Navigate to Orders in your account dashboard.
  2. Click the “Create Schedule” button on the order that you want to schedule.
  3. The products and shipping method from your order will be automatically loaded into your new order schedule.

Schedule Details

  • Name – A label of your choice to identify your order schedule.
  • Start Date – The first day your order schedule will be shipped. Note that your order schedule will be billed and begin processing on the previous day at 00:00 Pacific Time.
  • Repeat Interval – Choose how often you want your order schedule to trigger after the Start Date. The minimum interval is 3 days
